FAQ (Important!)
I offer consulting for everything that can be seen on my YouTube channel: support for Unifi/Ubiquiti, Synology, Mac, networks and pretty much everything that has to do with Linux or Unix. Additionally, I offer consulting for SAP platform technology (SAP Basis).

  • We offer sessions of 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour, billing is by advance payment for first-time customers and on invoice for Patreon members as well as for regular customers.
  • Patreon Members receive 10% ("Plus" membership) or 25% ("Plus+" membership) discount.
    Patreon members can use the booking application directly without advance payment.

  • Hourly rates for more extensive projects/assignments vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
  • Estimates can be given if the scope or effort is clearly defined.
  • For complex tasks/projects, a one-hour coordination may be necessary. The costs will be credited to the actual project.

  • If the appointment is cancelled by the client, a cancellation fee of €2.50 will be charged. This covers the bank/credit card charges.
  • If the appointment is cancelled within less than 4 hours before the start or not attended, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will apply.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded.

  1. Our service hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, except weekends and public holidays.
  2. The actually available appointments are given in the booking calendar which is available after payment.
  3. The booking must be made at least two days in advance and confirmed by us.
    We will contact you via the email address you provided when making your booking.

  • For the remote session we use Microsoft Teams.
  • If Teams does not work for remote access to a system, we use RustDesk (a free alternative to TeamViewer).
  • We prefer not to use other meeting clients or remote connection software.

  • For the appointment to be successful, it is essential that you provide us with all the necessary information, documents, etc. in good time.
  • After we have responded to your initial enquiry with a booking link, you can send us any information you think would be helpful for your appointment if required.
  • Any information you send us prior to an appointment will be reviewed and used solely at the discretion of the technician. We are not obliged to review documents prior to an appointment as this is considered billable time.
  • DO NOT send passwords or confidential information via email or contact forms. The technician will either ask you for this information during your appointment or arrange a secure transmission method for this information.

  • We accept no liability whatsoever for any damage that may arise from our actions or recommendations.
    Due to the nature of the work we carry out, there are no guarantees or refunds for services on an hourly basis.
  • Each hour worked by us will be invoiced irrespective of the result of the service.
  • We provide non-binding recommendations or estimates of the amount of work required to implement a solution or fix a problem. However, it is up to you to tell us the upper limit for the number of hours we may spend per assignment.
